Our Commitment to Copyright Protection
Repackra.com is an information and download-resource site. We do not knowingly host or link to pirated, cracked, or unauthorized copies of copyrighted software. If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content hosted on Repackra.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. To be considered valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

- Identification of the infringing material, including the exact URL(s) on Repackra.com where the material is located, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
- A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay processing, so please make sure all required elements above are included.
What Happens After We Receive a Notice
Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the claim for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the identified material, typically within 24–48 hours
- Notify the user or party responsible for posting the content, where applicable
- Keep a record of the notice as required by law
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

- Your physical or electronic signature
Send counter-notices to the same email address listed above. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files for a court order restraining the alleged infringer.

In accordance with the DMCA, Repackra maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a takedown or counter-notification may be liable for damages. Please be certain of your claim before submitting a notice.
